The retrition rate among private schools is rising with each new year. This particular problem is only going to increase after the pandemic.

What is the reason for this problem?

• The Quality Issue: The quality of education is generally understood by seeing how the students performed in the Boards examination. As most budget schools end before boards, the confusion among parents s very high. Where there is confusion, there is retrition.
• FOMO: The fear of missing out among students and parents is very high. Any school that spends on the new technology starts getting attraction from parents. This results in a vicious cycle of high spending and very low income. More often than not, owners cant beat this cycle and get sucked into it.

Is there going to be a middle ground here? We will see.
