Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”)
This document/agreement/understanding is a computer-generated electronic record published in terms of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 read with Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
Loan Facilitation Services is a proposition enabled by Clubdiaries Technologies Private Limited (“NuShala“) on the dashboards or on our websites (“together referred to as the Dashboard“), under which NuShala facilitates the loan or credit lines through certain financing partner/lender(s) (“Lending Partners“) to selected customers of NuShala or its affiliates (“You“) in accordance with the terms of relevant loan products or financing schemes being made available by such Lending Partners to You (“Loan Facilitation Services“). You will be offered the relevant loan products/credit lines (“Loan Products“) as part of the Loan Facilitation Services only if you are eligible to avail such loan products, whose eligibility shall be determined by the Lending Partners.
By registering and using the Loan Facilitation Services, you hereby represent and warrant to NuShala and the Lending Partner that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the authority and capacity to avail the Loan Products being offered through the Loan Facilitation Services and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
You understand that the access to and use of the Loan Facilitation Services are conditional upon your acceptance of and continuous compliance with these terms and conditions set herein at all times, as well as the Terms of Use and NuShala Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation of Lending Partners, including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Dashboard
You understand that by accepting or proceeding, the respective Lending Partners’ terms and conditions, their privacy policy, specific product terms and these terms and conditions ( please access it here Choice, Ugro), You are entering into a legally binding contract with the respective Lending Partner and NuShala. You further understand that by choosing to avail the Loan Facilitation Services, You have availed a Loan Product from the respective Lending Partner and shall be liable to respective Lending Partner for any default in the dues payable to such Lending Partner.
By choosing to avail the Loan Products offered by the Lending Partner through NuShala, you agree to their privacy policy and any other product terms provided by the Lending Partner. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before availing the Loan Products. You understand and agree that the privity of contract is between You and the Lending Partner and NuShala is only facilitating the granting of a Loan Products
Presently, the Lending Partners are 1) Choice Finserv Private Limited and 2) UGRO Capital Ltd . NuShala makes no representations or warranties about the websites of the Lending Partners. NuShala does not endorse, adopt, or otherwise accept any responsibility for the content or use of those websites.
Terms of Service for Loan Facilitation Services
Verify your identity whereby NuShala will retain and share with credit bureaus and other authorised financial institutions the required personal identifiable information about you to facilitate your loan application.
Share your details with Lending Partners to assist you to know about the Loan Products.
To provide you with customized recommendations and personalized offers of the Loan Products of the Lending Partners.
To send you information/analysis/reports/personalized offers via email, text, SMS, WhatsApp message, telephonic call or online display or other means of delivery in NuShala’s reasonable sole discretion.
Collect KYC and related documents for submitting to the Lending Partners for them to run their risk engines and to comply with the KYC obligations and underwriting process.
Act as a collection/recovery agent of the Lending Partners with respect to the Loan Products availed by you.
Any complaints regarding Loan Facilitation Services should be immediately informed to the Grievance cum Nodal Officer at the coordinates mentioned below in writing or by way of raising a grievance ticket through the hyperlink mentioned below:
